Family Law Amendment Act 1983 No. 72 of 1983 - SECT 30

30. Section 65 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting ''in proceedings
with respect to the custody, guardianship or maintenance of, or access to, a
child of a marriage,'' and substituting ''in any proceedings under this Act in
which the welfare of a child of a marriage is relevant,''.
