Family Law Amendment Act 1983 No. 72 of 1983 - SECT 24

24. Section 48 of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) ''by a party to a marriage'';
and

         (b)  by omitting from sub-section (1) ''the marriage'' (first
occurring) and substituting ''a marriage''.
