FAMILY LAW ACT 1975 No. 53 of 1975 - SECT 17

17. The regulations shall provide for the furnishing to persons proposing to
institute proceedings under this Act, and in appropriate cases to their
spouses, of documents setting out-

   (a)  the legal and possible social effects of the proposed proceedings
        (including the consequences for the children of the marriage); and

   (b)  the counselling and welfare facilities available within the Family
        Court and elsewhere.
