FAMILY LAW ACT 1975 No. 53 of 1975 - SECT 101

Offensive or scandalous questions
101. The court shall forbid the asking of, or excuse a witness from answering,
a question that it regards as offensive, scandalous, insulting or humiliating,
unless the court is satisfied that it is essential in the interests of justice
that the question be answered.
