FUTURES INDUSTRY ACT 1986 No. 72 of 1986 - SECT 89

89. (1) This Part applies to and in relation to the holder of a futures
broker's licence and to the business of dealing in futures contracts carried
on by the holder of a futures broker's licence, whether in the Territory or
elsewhere, but does not apply to or in relation to a recognised futures broker
or to the business carried on by a recognised futures broker.

(2) This Part does not affect the operation of Part VI of the Companies Act 
1981 in relation to a company within the meaning of that Act that is the
holder of a futures broker's licence or in relation to a business of dealing
in futures contracts carried on by such a company.
