FUTURES INDUSTRY ACT 1986 No. 72 of 1986 - SECT 79

Holder of licence to be deemed not to be holder while licence suspended

79. The holder of a licence shall, for the purposes of sections 61, 62, 63 and
64, be deemed not to be the holder of the licence at any time during a period
for which the licence is suspended.
