Publication of instruments executed under section 45, 46 or 48

49. The Commission shall cause a copy of an instrument executed by the
Ministerial Council under sub-section 45 (2), 46 (2) or 48 (2) to be published
in the Gazette, but failure of the Commission to do so does not affect the
validity of the instrument.
