FUTURES INDUSTRY ACT 1986 No. 72 of 1986 - SECT 159

159. The power to make rules of court conferred by section 28 of the
Australian Capital Territory Supreme Court Act 1933 extends to making rules of
court, not inconsistent with this Act, with respect to proceedings, and the
practice and procedure, of the Court under this Act and, in particular, with
respect to costs of and incidental to any such proceedings.
