FARM HOUSEHOLD SUPPORT ACT 1992 No. 241 of 1992 - SECT 49

49. If a person who is receiving farm household support dies:

   (a)  the farm household support is taken to have ceased to be payable to
        the
person immediately before the commencement of the instalment period ("final
instalment period") current at the time of his or her death; and

   (b)  an amount equal to the instalment of farm household support that would
        have been payable to the person in respect of the
        final instalment period if he or she had not died is to be paid as a
        grant to the person's estate.
