FINANCIAL CORPORATIONS ACT 1974 No. 36 of 1974 - SECT 2
Commencement.
2. (1) Parts I, II and V shall come into operation on the day on which this
Act receives the Royal Assent.*
(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on such day
as is, or on such days as respectively are, fixed by Proclamation.
