FRINGE BENEFITS TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 1986 No. 39 of 1986 - SECT 79

79. In this Part, "Supreme Court" means-

   (a)  the Supreme Court of a State; or

   (b)  the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory or the Supreme
        Court of the Northern Territory.
