FRINGE BENEFITS TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 1986 No. 39 of 1986 - SECT 167
Offences by government bodies
167. Notwithstanding anything in this Act or any other Act, a government body
shall not be taken to be guilty of an offence against this Act.
