FEDERAL AIRPORTS CORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 150 of 1988 - SECT 9
Airports (Surface Traffic) Act
9. Section 69 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:
"(2) For the purposes of this section, an airport shall be taken to become a
Federal airport if part of the airport becomes a Federal airport.".
