EXCISE TARIFF AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1985 No. 189 of 1985 - SECT 9

9. The amendments of the Principal Act made by sections 3, 4, 7 and 8 apply to
delayed-entry LP, delayed-entry LPG and delayed-entry oil, within the meaning
of the Principal Act as amended by those sections, whether produced before or
after the commencement of this section.
