ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 21

21.(1) The Minister must not add a native species to Part 2 of Schedule 1
unless the Minsiter is satisfied that the species is vulnerable.

(2) The Minister must not delete a native species from Part 2 of Schedule 1
unless the Minister is satisfied that the species is no longer vulnerable.
Note: "Vulnerable" is defined in section 7.
