ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 171
This Act to be subject to international obligations
171. This Act has effect subject to Australia's obligations under
international law, including obligations under any agreement between Australia
and another country or countries.
