ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 160

160. (1) The Scientific Subcommittee consists of such members of the
Advisory Committee as are members referred to in subsection 140(3).

(2) The performance of a function of the Scientific Subcommittee is not
affected by the number of its members being fewer than 5.
