ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 152

152. (1) Questions arising at a meeting are to be decided by a majority of
votes of the members present and voting.

(2) The member presiding has a deliberative vote, and, if necessary, also has
a casting vote.
