ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 150

150.(1) The Chairperson is to preside at all meetings at which he or she is
present.

(2) If the Chairperson is not present, the members present must elect one of
their number to preside.
