ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 109

109. If a person is convicted of an offence against this Act because of the
application of section 5, 6, 7 or 7A, or subsection 86(1), of the Crimes Act 
1914 in relation to a contravention or possible contravention of this Act,
section 108 of this Act has effect as if the reference in paragraph 108(1)(b)
to an offence were a reference to the contravention or possible contravention
to which the offence relates.
