ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 106

106.(1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for
review of the Minister's decision to give the advice.

(2) Despite section 27 of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975,
applications are not to be made by or on behalf of Commonwealth agencies.
