ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 10

10. A determination made by the Minister for the purposes of paragraph (d)
of the definition of "species" in subsection 4(1) is a disallowable instrument
for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
