EDUCATION SERVICES FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS ACT 2000 - SECT 33
The national code
- (1)
- The Minister must establish a national code before 2 April 2001.
- (2)
- The code is to be called the National Code of Practice for Registration
Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students.
- (3)
- The national code is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of
section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
