EDUCATION SERVICES FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS ACT 2000 - SECT 32
Registered provider must notify the Fund Manager of
non-compliance
A registered provider that fails to comply, or becomes aware that it will not
be able to comply, with its obligations under this Division must tell the Fund
Manager of this as soon as practicable.
- Note: The Minister may take action under Division 1 of Part 6
against a registered provider that has breached this section.
