EDUCATION SERVICES FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS ACT 2000 - SECT 30
Recovering the amount
- (1)
- The student is entitled to recover the amount owing under this Division as
a debt by action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
- (2)
- This Division does not affect any liability that a provider has apart from
this Division to pay an additional amount to the student.
