EDUCATION SERVICES FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS ACT 2000 - SECT 25
Special levies for the Fund
A registered provider who is required to pay an amount of special levy under
section 72 must pay it to the Fund Manager by the day stated in the
notice that the Fund Manager gives the provider under that section.
- Note: The Minister may take action under Division 1 of Part 6
against a registered provider that has breached this section.
