EMPLOYMENT SERVICES (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1994 No. 177 of 1994 - SECT 28

28. The object of this Division is to allow the Secretary to the Department of
Social Security to disclose information to contracted case managers for the
purposes of the Employment Services Act 1994.
