Extradition (Foreign States) Amendment Act 1985 No. 18 of 1985 - SECT 23

23. A notice or warrant given, issued or served under the Principal Act and in
force immediately before the commencement of this section has, after the
commencement of this section, the same effect as it would have had if Schedule
2 to the Principal Act had not been repealed and the amendments made to the
Principal Act by this Act in consequence of the repeal of that Schedule had
not been made.
