EMPLOYMENT SERVICES ACT 1994 No. 176 of 1994 - SECT 7
Crown to be bound
7.(1) This Act binds the Crown in the right of the Commonwealth, of each of
the States, of the Northern Territory and of the Australian Capital Territory.
(2) Nothing in this Act renders the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an
offence.
