EMPLOYMENT SERVICES ACT 1994 No. 176 of 1994 - SECT 62

Rules of conduct
62.(1) The ESRA Board may, by written instrument, formulate rules of conduct
relating to the provision of case management services.

Rules of conduct have effect only for the purposes of section 52

(2) Rules of conduct formulated under subsection (1) have effect only for the
purposes of section 52.
Note: Section 52 provides that compliance with rules of conduct is a condition
of an entity's accreditation.

Disallowable instrument

(3) An instrument under subsection (1) is a disallowable instrument for the
purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
