EMPLOYMENT SERVICES ACT 1994 No. 176 of 1994 - SECT 51

Additional condition of accreditation
51.(1) In addition to the conditions to which an entity's accreditation is
subject under the accreditation scheme, the accreditation is subject to the
condition mentioned in subsection (2).

No fees

(2) It is a condition of the accreditation of an entity that the entity must
not demand or receive any fee or other consideration from a participant in the
case management system referred to it under Part 4.3, where the fee or
consideration is in respect of the provision of case management services to
the participant.

Condition has effect only if the entity is a contracted case manager

(3) The condition mentioned in subsection (2) has effect only if the entity is
a contracted case manager.

This section does not limit accreditation scheme

(4) This section does not, by implication, limit the generality of section 50
(which deals with conditions under the accreditation scheme). In particular, a
condition of accreditation may deal with the entering into, or carrying out,
of arrangements for the purpose of avoiding the application of this section.
