EMPLOYMENT SERVICES ACT 1994 No. 176 of 1994 - SECT 47

47.(1) The Employment Secretary may, by writing, delegate all or any of his or
her powers under section 40, 41, 42, 44, 45 or 46 to an officer of the
Department.

(2) The Employment Secretary may, by writing, delegate all or any of his or
her powers under section 45 or 46 to an officer of the Department of Social
Security.
