EMPLOYMENT SERVICES ACT 1994 No. 176 of 1994 - SECT 2

2.(1) This Chapter, Chapters 2 and 3, Part 4.6 and Chapter 5 commence on the
day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on a day to be fixed by
Proclamation.

(3) If a provision referred to in subsection (2) does not commence under that
subsection within the period of 6 months beginning on the day on which this
Act receives the Royal Assent, it commences on the first day after the end of
that period.
