EMPLOYMENT SERVICES ACT 1994 No. 176 of 1994 - SECT 10
Attribution of acts of Departmental officers
10. For the purposes of this Act, anything done in the name of, or on behalf
of, the Commonwealth Employment Service by an officer of the Department is
taken to have been done by the Commonwealth Employment Service.
