ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION (SEA DUMPING) AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 16 of 1994 - SECT 1

1.(1) This Act may be cited as the Environment Protection (Sea Dumping) 
Amendment Act 1993 .
(2) In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Environment Protection (Sea
Dumping) Act 1981*1*. (Minister's second reading speech made in-
