ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION (SEA DUMPING) AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 141 of 1986 - SECT 7

Loading of wastes or other matter, &c., for dumping, &c.

7. Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting "(other than
radioactive material)" after " matter" in paragraph (a) of the definition of

"prescribed matter or thing" in sub-section (2).
