ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION (SEA DUMPING) AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 141 of 1986 - SECT 14

Indictable offences 
14. Section 37 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by inserting in sub-section (1) "9A, 9B, 9C," after "section"; and
(b) by inserting in sub-section (3) "9A, 9B, 9C," after "section".
