1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Environment Protection (Sea Dumping) 
Amendment Act 1986 .

(2) The Environment Protection (Sea Dumping) Act 1981 *1* is in this Act
referred to as the Principal Act. (Minister's second reading speech made in-
