Short title.

      An Act to amend the Edible Oils (Export Inspection Charge) Act 1982

                           (Assented to 21 September 1983)
Short title, &c.

  1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Edible Oils (Export Inspection Charge)
Amendment Act 1983.
  (2) The Edible Oils (Export Inspection Charge) Act 1982*1*
 is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.

- SECT 2

Commencement

  2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the
Royal Assent.

Rates of charge

  3. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(3) ''$2.00'' and substituting ''$6.60''.
