CONSEQUENTIAL AND MINOR AMENDMENTS OF THE PRINCIPAL ACT Subsection 3 (1)
(definition of "approved body"):
Omit "subsection 40B (1)", substitute "section 40B". Subsection 3 (1)
(definition of "grant entitlement"):
Omit the definition. Subsection 3 (4):
Omit "or eligible internal educational services", substitute ", eligible
internal educational services, eligible external governmental educational
services, eligible internal services or eligible tourism services". Paragraph
3A (1) (f):
Omit "eligible internal educational services", substitute "eligible internal
educational services or eligible external governmental educational services;
or". After paragraph 3A (1) (f):
Insert the following word and paragraph:

"; and (g) the amount or value of the consideration received by that person
during that grant year for the supply by that person at any time of eligible
tourism services.". Subsection 12 (1):

   (a)  Omit "has a grant entitlement", substitute "is entitled to a grant".

   (b)  Omit "that grant entitlement", substitute "the grant". Subsection 12
        (2):

   (a)  Omit "has a grant entitlement", substitute "is entitled to a grant".

   (b)  Omit "entitlement" (last occurring). Subsection 38 (5):
Omit "the grant entitlement of the person", substitute "the amount of the
person's grant". Paragraph 38 (6) (a):
Omit "the grant entitlement of the person", substitute "the amount of the
person's grant". Subsection 38 (7):
Omit "the grant entitlement of the person", substitute "the amount of the
person's grant". Section 40A:
Omit "claimant" (wherever occurring), substitute "person". Section 40aa:
Omit "claimant" (wherever occurring), substitute "person". Section 40B:
Omit "(1)". Subsection 43 (3A):
Insert ", the Australian Capital Territory" after "State".
