EXPORT MARKET DEVELOPMENT GRANTS ACT 1997 No. 57 of 1997 - SECT 79

Austrade may, by written notice to an individual who has helped, in a
prescribed capacity, to prepare an application, ask the individual to give to
Austrade any written consent that Austrade requires to enable criminal records
to be checked for the purposes of applying this Division to the individual.
Note 1: For prescribed capacity see subsection 74(2). Note 2: Part VIIC of the
Crimes Act 1914 exempts a person from having to disclose spent convictions.
