EXPORT MARKET DEVELOPMENT GRANTS ACT 1997 No. 57 of 1997 - SECT 59

If:

   (a)  apart from this section, the amount of an expense for goods or
        services would be taken to have been incurred during a grant year; and

   (b)  those goods or services, or some of them, were not provided before the
        end of the grant year; the amount, or the part of the amount relating
        to the goods or services that were not so provided, is to be taken, if
        Austrade so determines, to be incurred only when the goods or services
        are provided.
