EXPORT MARKET DEVELOPMENT GRANTS ACT 1997 No. 57 of 1997 - SECT 19

(1) The person must, before the end of the grant year, apply to Austrade to be
registered for the purposes of this Act.

(2) The application must be in a form, and must be made in a manner, approved
by Austrade.

(3) The application is taken not to have been made until it has been received
by:

   (a)  Austrade; or

   (b)  a person appointed by Austrade to receive applications under this
        section.

(4) Austrade must:

   (a)  register the person; and

   (b)  as soon as practicable, notify the person, in writing, of the
        registration.
