EXPORT MARKET DEVELOPMENT GRANTS ACT 1997 No. 57 of 1997 - SECT 114

For the purposes of this Act, each of the following is a resident of
Australia:

   (a)  an individual:

        (i)    whose principal place of residence is in Australia; and

        (ii)   who intends to remain permanently in Australia;

   (b)  a company;

   (c)  a partnership, co-operative or association;

   (d)  a body corporate established by an Australian law for a public
        purpose;

   (e)  the Commonwealth, a State or Territory. Note: For company,
        partnership, co-operative, association, Australian law and Territory
        see section 107.
