EXPORT MARKET DEVELOPMENT GRANTS ACT 1974 No. 154 of 1974 - SECT 24

24. (1) A member shall be appointed for such period, not exceeding 5 years, as
is specified in the instrument of his appointment, but is eligible for
re-appointment.

(2) A person who has attained the age of 65 years shall not be appointed or
re-appointed as the Chairman and a person shall not be appointed or
re-appointed as the Chairman for a period that extends beyond the date on
which he will attain the age of 65 years.
