EXPORT MARKET DEVELOPMENT GRANTS ACT 1974 No. 154 of 1974 - SECT 17

17. Where-

   (a)  the Board is satisfied that, at any time during a grant year, a
        corporation becomes, or ceases to be, a member of a
        group of corporations; and

   (b)  the corporation submits a claim in relation to that year, the
        grant entitlement in respect of the activities of the corporation
        before, and the activities of the corporation after, that time shall,
        if the Board thinks fit, be calculated as if they were the activities
        of 2 different corporations, and this Act has effect accordingly, but
        nothing in this section affects the operation of sections 7 and 8 in
        relation to the corporation in respect of that grant year or any other
        grant year.
