EXPORT MARKET DEVELOPMENT GRANTS ACT 1974 No. 154 of 1974 - SECT 12

PART II-GRANTS
12. (1) The Board shall consider every claim duly made and determine whether
the claimant has a grant entitlement and, if so, the amount of that grant
entitlement.

(2) Where the Board determines that a claimant has a grant entitlement, there
is payable to the claimant a grant equal to the amount of the grant
entitlement so determined.
