EGG INDUSTRY RESEARCH (HEN QUOTA) LEVY AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 132 of 1989 - SECT 5
Termination of Act etc.
5. Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:
"(2) Paragraph 10 (b) and subsection 11 (2A), unless sooner repealed, shall
cease to have effect at the end of 30 June 1995.".
