EXPORT INSPECTION (SERVICE CHARGE) AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 26 of 1988 - SECT 5

5. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:

"(2) The charge on the provision of an external export inspection service is
payable by the requester.".
