EXPORT FINANCE AND INSURANCE CORPORATION ACT 1974 No. 122 of 1974 - SECT 45

45. (1) The Board may, by resolution, delegate all or any of its powers and
functions under this Act (except this power of delegation) to the Managing
Director, to the Deputy Managing Director or to an officer of the Corporation.

(2) A power or function so delegated may be exercised or performed by the
delegate in accordance with the resolution and, when so exercised or
performed, shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to have been
exercised or performed by the Board.

(3) A delegation under this section is revocable by resolution of the Board
and does not prevent the exercise of a power or the performance of a function
by the Board.
